Through our parent company, Swim Chem, we are active members of the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance, as well as the National Plasterers Council and the California Pool and Spa Association, and we proudly dedicate ourselves to furthering our education and understanding of the pool and spa industry through such organizations.
President Jerry Wallace is also a member of the American Concrete Institute, a leading resource throughout the world dedicated to educating and training individuals and organizations involved in concrete design, construction and materials. Our parent company, Swim Chem, hold CA contractor’s license # 249712.

Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA)
The Pool and Hot Tub Alliance is dedicated to the growth and development of its members’ businesses and to promoting the enjoyment and safety of pools and spas. The APSP is the only industry organization recognized by the American National Standards Institute to develop and promote national standards for pools, hot tubs and spas, and it offers its members are variety of educational courses, in addition to certifications, in an effort to become more proficient and knowledgeable about the industry.
National Plasterers
Council
The National Plasterers Council is dedicated to studying plaster surface problems and writing technically sound practices for the pool and spa industry. Members benefit from educational courses, including a pool surface applicator certification program, as well as developing relationships with other like-minded people throughout the country who share their best practices and experience. The Council stands by a code of ethics that protects business, consumers and the industry.
California Pool and Spa Association (CPSA)
The California Pool & Spa Association is a statewide trade organization designed to promote the industry and educate the public, local and state regulatory agencies and the California Legislature on critical issues such as water and energy conservation, water safety and child drowning prevention, consumer protection and unlicensed contractor abatement. The CPSA has been the voice in the California pool and spa industry for nearly 40 years.
